Every painting contains the very fabric of the scene it is depicting and a small amount of Scotland hangs in every painting.
I used painting as a method of coping with my diagnosis and some of the everyday problems the disease brought to my life.
Just some random art school stuff, pages from my sketch book, some still life, scribbles, and some of my pencil work.
I don't setup scenes but create them out in the wild by sketching differnt elements and then combining them back in the studio.
I've always loved drawing and encouraging others to be creative. I'm currently working on some artist led community arts projects.
